Calling is the fastest route during working hours. The form is the better option if you have photos or a longer description, since it goes straight to the shop with the details attached.

Hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
Where the Work Happens This is a mobile trade. Most jobs are done at the marina or dock where the boat already sits, so there is no shop address to visit.
Service Area Key Largo, Tavernier, Islamorada, Marathon, and Ocean Reef Club are the regular service area, with Ocean Reef Club a preferred location. The Lower Keys past Marathon, including Key West, are handled by arrangement, and those owners often bring the boat up rather than waiting on a trip south.
What Happens After You Send It Every request is reviewed by the master craftsman who would actually do the work, not a scheduler. You will hear back by phone or email once the details have been looked over, and get an honest answer if the job is not a fit for the shop.
